How we do it
The four-step wash
Every window on every job goes through the same four steps, in the same order. Nothing gets skipped because the crew is running late.
Protect
Plants, sills and anything sitting below the work get soaked and covered before a drop of cleaning water falls.
Scrub
A soft brush head on the end of the pole washes the pane, the frame and the sill together. No ladder touches your gutters.
Rinse & squeegee
Rinsed down and pulled clean with a squeegee, blade wiped between every pass so nothing streaks back across the pane.
Walk it with you
We go round the outside with you before the van moves. Anything you are not happy with gets done again there and then.
Questions
What people ask before booking
Something not covered here? Text us. A real person answers.
How long does a house take?
Two to four hours outside for most homes, longer if we are doing the inside as well. You get an arrival window the day before, not a vague "sometime Tuesday".
Can you reach my second and third-story windows?
A water-fed pole reaches most upper-story glass from the ground, which keeps ladders off your gutters and landscaping. Anything the pole genuinely cannot reach we look at on the walkthrough and quote honestly before we start.
Do you clean the inside too?
That's Clear View Ultra. Interior glass is hand-finished, screens come out and get rinsed, and the tracks and sills are wiped down. Nothing gets moved without asking.
How often should I have this done?
If you are on a busy road, near fields, or sprinklers hit your glass, monthly keeps on top of it. Storefronts usually want weekly or bi-weekly.
