Why we soft wash

Pressure cleans. Solution kills.

A pressure washer strips the surface green off your siding and leaves the roots behind, which is why it comes back in a season. We use low pressure and a cleaning solution that kills the organism instead, so it stays gone considerably longer.

It is also the only safe way to touch an asphalt roof. High pressure tears granules off shingles and takes years off the roof, and no honest crew will do it.

Commercial

No starting price, and that’s deliberate.

Height, access, what the surface is made of and how long it has been left all move the number more than square footage does, so we come out and look first.

Free, about fifteen minutes, and you get a real figure rather than a range that changes on the day.
